Kyle is a highly skilled professional with a profound background in neuroscience, psychology, and business management. With a masters degree in systems neuroscience, and over two decades of experience, he has made significant contributions to the fields of applied neuroscience and neurofeedback, effectively combining his expertise in brain research with a commitment to assisting individuals in overcoming mental health challenges.

He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2002 by co-owning New England Brain Training LLC, which focused on quantitative EEG brain imaging and neurotherapy aimed at enhancing sports performance. This initial venture enabled him to cultivate a robust understanding of brain health and performance optimization, a theme that has permeated his career.

In 2007, Kyle joined the NeuroDevelopment Center Inc. as the Head Neurotechnician and qEEG Specialist, where he concentrated on EEG neurofeedback and biofeedback for neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism, ADHD, Depression, and PTSD. Throughout his tenure, he collaborated closely with the clinic's director to advance research on brain-behavior relationships and evaluate the efficacy of various neurofeedback interventions. His innovative research and business initiatives were frequently showcased at public speaking engagements, establishing his reputation as a thought leader in the field.

In 2017, Kyle co-founded NeuroPerformance Group LLC in Providence, Rhode Island, where he served as the Director of Neurofeedback and Research. In this capacity, he expanded his expertise in neuropsychology and mental health, providing vital support to clients while optimizing the organizational structure of the firm. His aptitude for recruiting qualified contractors and developing strategic partnerships facilitated the growth of the company within a competitive industry.

Kyle's entrepreneurial achievements culminated in November 2018 with the founding of Frederick Psychological Services LLC. As the Owner and Director of this group psychology practice, he has created a successful enterprise that offers therapy and cutting-edge research on neurocognitive, emotional, and behavioral relationships. ​

At Frederick Psychological Services, Kyle has spearheaded research concerning biometric tracking in clinical settings, employing a data science framework to yield deeper insights into brain functions.

In addition to his business pursuits, Kyle has provided consultations to an array of organizations across the country, leveraging his extensive knowledge of neuroscience to assist in program development, statistical modeling, and research design. Furthermore, he has trained staff in trauma-sensitive mindfulness and guided research initiatives from a neuroscience perspective.
Kyle possesses a comprehensive array of certifications that augment his professional capabilities, including Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness with Dr. David Treleaven, Quantitative EEG Analysis and Clinical Interpretation through the International Society of Neuroregulation and Research, and the Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) from LENS, Inc. He has completed various data science and neurofeedback programs, thus equipping him with a thorough understanding of both the technical and clinical dimensions of neuroscience.

He possesses strong abilities in biometric statistical analysis, including the implementation of data scientific frameworks.
